Introduction:

We are seeking dependable, guest-focused individuals looking for a long-term opportunity.  Previous experience in retail, hospitality, concierge, hotel, restaurant, medical office, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.  

Work functions and responsibilities will include welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival; escorting guests to the salon or spa while ensuring a seamless luxury experience; preparing, stocking, and maintaining spa amenities, relaxation areas, and guest spaces to Robert Andrew standards; answering multi-line phones; scheduling and confirming appointments; assisting with guest inquiries; performing opening and closing procedures; processing guest check-in and checkout; accurately handling cash, credit card, and gift card transactions; balancing registers and completing end-of-day reconciliation; and providing exceptional guest service while supporting the daily operations of the salon and spa.  Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. 

Seeking Full-time. One weekend day is required weekly and flexibility to work a mix of day and evening shifts. 

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour during the initial 30-day training and introductory period. Upon successful completion of training and a satisfactory 30-day performance evaluation, your hourly rate will increase to $17.00 per hour. As you continue to develop your skills, demonstrate exceptional performance, and take on additional responsibilities, there may be ongoing opportunities for compensation increases and career advancement for full time team members within Robert Andrew.

Position Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed Esthetician
Active Maryland Esthetician license
Proficient in all core skincare services including:

• Dermaplaning

Strong consultation skills with the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and homecare
